Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 8, 2026
SVK Bawal LLC operates the SVK website at techsvk.com. These Terms & Conditions govern use of the SVK website and project request process. By using the site or submitting a project request, you agree to these terms.
These are general website terms. Project-specific contracts, proposals, invoices, or written agreements may contain additional terms and may override these terms for that project.
These terms cover the public website and request process. A project-specific written agreement may add to or override them.
Services
SVK provides software-related services for small businesses, teams, and founders.
Submitting a project request does not create a client relationship by itself. A project starts only after both parties agree to scope, pricing, timeline, and payment terms in writing.

Project requests
When submitting a project request, you agree to provide accurate information and not submit illegal, harmful, misleading, confidential, or sensitive information through the public form.
Quotes and proposals
Any estimates, timelines, or pricing shared through the website or early communication are not final unless confirmed in writing.
Scope changes may affect cost and delivery time. SVK may decline projects at its discretion.
Payments
The website does not process payments.
Most projects may be paid in parts or milestones. The payment schedule, deliverables, and due dates will be defined in a separate written agreement, invoice, or proposal.
Cancellations
A client may request cancellation mid-project. Amounts owed depend on the work completed, milestones reached, and the written project agreement.
When practical, SVK may provide completed work or usable work-in-progress up to the cancellation point. Some work-in-progress, credentials, third-party dependencies, experimental work, or incomplete systems may not be deliverable in usable form.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in a written project agreement.
Ownership
After full payment, the client generally owns the final custom deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SVK retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, reusable code, know-how, internal processes, and general techniques.
Third-party software, libraries, platforms, fonts, assets, and services remain subject to their own licenses.
Portfolio and showcase
SVK may showcase non-confidential project work, visuals, business name, or a general project description in its portfolio or marketing.
Clients can request that work not be publicly showcased. SVK will not intentionally publish confidential client information.
No guaranteed results
SVK does not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, revenue, leads, traffic, performance scores, or AI/SEO placement.
SEO, AEO, GEO, marketing, and automation outcomes depend on many external factors.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for practical collaboration and for the business use of the software.
- Providing accurate requirements and feedback
- Supplying needed content, assets, access, approvals, and credentials
- Reviewing deliverables
- Maintaining third-party accounts and subscriptions unless otherwise agreed
- Ensuring their business use of the software complies with applicable laws
AI and automation
AI and automation features may produce errors, require testing, and should be reviewed before business-critical use.
The client is responsible for final approval and use of automated outputs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party services
SVK may use or integrate services such as hosting, APIs, analytics, email tools, databases, cloud platforms, AI providers, or payment tools selected for a project.
Third-party terms, pricing, limits, outages, and availability may affect the project.
Website content
Website content is informational only. SVK may update content, services, pricing approach, or pages at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SVK is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or consequential damages.
Liability for any project should be limited to amounts paid for the relevant project unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Changes
SVK may update these terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of updated terms.
