Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 14, 2026

SVK Bawal LLC is a Wyoming, USA company that operates the SVK website at techsvk.com. These Terms & Conditions govern use of the website and its project request process. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

These are general website terms. Project-specific contracts, proposals, invoices, or written agreements may contain additional terms and may override these terms for that project.

These terms cover the public website and request process. A project-specific written agreement may add to or override them.

Services

SVK is a software services studio that works primarily with small businesses, founders, and teams through remote delivery.

Submitting a project request does not create a client relationship by itself. A project starts only after both parties agree to scope, pricing, timeline, and payment terms in writing.

  • App development
  • Dashboards
  • Internal tools
  • AI and workflow automation
  • Deployment
  • Maintenance

Project requests

When submitting a project request, you agree to provide accurate information and not submit illegal, harmful, misleading, confidential, or sensitive information through the public form.

Estimates, scope, and proposals

Any estimate, timeline, scope, or pricing discussed through the website or early communication is preliminary unless confirmed in a written proposal, contract, or other project agreement.

Project work is limited to the agreed scope. New requests, delayed feedback, missing materials, technical discoveries, or third-party changes may affect price and delivery time. Material changes will be discussed and confirmed in writing.

SVK may accept or decline a project request at its discretion.

Payments

The website does not directly process payments or subscriptions.

Most projects are paid in parts or milestones. The payment schedule, deliverables, due dates, and accepted payment method will be defined in a separate written agreement, invoice, or proposal.

Clients are responsible for paying agreed invoices when due. SVK may pause work or delivery when a payment is overdue, subject to the project agreement.

Cancellations and refunds

A client may request cancellation during a project. Amounts already paid are not automatically refundable, and amounts still owed will depend on work completed, time committed, milestones reached, non-cancellable costs, and the written project agreement.

When practical and after payment of amounts due, SVK may provide completed deliverables or usable work-in-progress created up to the cancellation point. Some incomplete, experimental, dependent, or internal work may not be usable or suitable for delivery.

Any refund or cancellation terms stated in a project-specific written agreement will control for that project.

Ownership and deliverables

After full payment, the client generally receives ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for the project, unless the written project agreement states otherwise.

SVK retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, reusable code, know-how, internal processes, and general techniques.

Third-party software, open-source libraries, platforms, fonts, assets, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms. The project agreement may include any additional license or handoff details.

Portfolio and showcase

SVK may showcase non-confidential project work, visuals, a business name, or a general project description in its portfolio or marketing.

Clients can request that work not be publicly showcased. SVK will not intentionally publish confidential client information.

No guaranteed results

SVK will provide services with reasonable care but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, leads, traffic, search rankings, performance scores, uptime, or AI and automation results.

Results depend on many factors outside SVK's control, including client decisions, third-party platforms, market conditions, data quality, and how deliverables are used.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for practical collaboration and for the business use of the software.

  • Providing accurate requirements and timely feedback
  • Supplying needed content, assets, access, approvals, and credentials
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables
  • Maintaining third-party accounts and subscriptions unless otherwise agreed
  • Ensuring their use of the software complies with applicable laws

AI and automation

AI and automation features may produce errors, require testing, and should be reviewed before business-critical use.

The client is responsible for final approval and use of automated outputs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-party services

SVK may use or integrate hosting, APIs, analytics, email tools, databases, cloud platforms, AI providers, or other third-party services selected for a project.

Third-party terms, pricing, limits, security, outages, and availability may affect a project. SVK is not responsible for matters controlled by those providers.

Website content and advice disclaimer

Website content is provided for general information only and may be updated at any time. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice about your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SVK Bawal LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, SVK's total liability related to a project will not exceed the amount the client paid SVK for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Any dispute relating to these website terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and each party agrees to the jurisdiction of those courts, unless a separate written agreement provides a different process or location.

Changes to these terms

SVK may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply to that use.
